Rabbi Yitzchak Chaim Dovid Cohen lives in Manchester UK after growing up in London from an Indian Iraqi background.
After studying in Gateshead he spent two years in Eretz Yisrael where he got semicha from Rav Ovadya Yosef zatzal. After learning in Glasgow Kollel he gave a Daf Yomi shiur for 15 years before starting his Yerushalmi shiurim in 2016. The first cycle of Yerushalmi can be found on Kol Haloshon.
