Harav Yisroel Apelbaum is Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva Tiferes Chaim in Jerusalem. A talmid muvhok of Maran Hagaon Harav Chaim Pinchos Scheinberg zt”l, he is a powerful and magnetic speaker, with a never ending passion for Torah and Avodas Hashem.
